Store manager Randy Preston telephoned police and then managed to subdue Bird. The police arrived shortly thereafter and cited Bird for public urination and destruction of property.

Partyland location

Carl Bird was arrested on March 3, 2010 for causing thousands of dollars in damage to the inside of Partyland, a party equipment rental business located in Rockford, Illinois.
